mc7 brings together seven of Cornwall’s leading museums — Bodmin Keep, Falmouth Art Gallery,Museum of Cornish Life, Penlee House, PK Porthcurno, Royal Cornwall Museum and Wheal Martyn — in a powerful partnership supported by £1.86 million from Arts Council England over three years.

Together, we will deliver an inspiring programme of activity that reaches communities across Cornwall, using each museum’s unique perspective to explore the rich and complex story of Cornish identity. Rooted in their local communities, these museums understand the challenges of isolation, deprivation and exclusion, and are uniquely placed to respond. By creating welcoming, creative spaces beyond home, school or work, mc7 aims to bring people together, spark curiosity and help audiences reflect on the world around them.
